Tess oversees The Bailey Capital Fund, a full service equipment leasing and commercial financing brokerage firm.  January 2006, Tess inspired "The Family Tax and Trust Company" (Alta inc.) to be awarded an NRC Grant for the creation of an online Artificial Intelligence program for estate planning and asset preservation family trust services.

Tess is also a member of five Vancouver Board of Trade's Task Forces: Education & Skills Committee, Crime Task Force, Downtown Eastside, Community Affairs Committee and the 2010 Olympic Subcommittee, where she shares her passion and energy and does her part to improve the quality of life in our community.
