Testimonials

4 . Dear. Mrs. Lawson

Thank you for the opportunity to express my sincere appreciation for your services, which you provide for my Company and especially for my Customers.

We have worked together for some 7 Years; during that time period you have successfully provided several financial services for my customer.

Your company is “Unique” since you are offering leasing for NEW or USED Equipment, that in itself helped me to secure projects, which may otherwise have been put on hold until other financing could be arranged.

Several of my projects include used equipment, which we specialize in, we have designed and built several foods processing plant, all based on used Equipment.

The financing you offer is indeed very flexible you always found a way to complete the financing.

Based on YOUR past services, I only recommend Kofoed & Bailey Financial Services to potential NEW Customer, several project have been completed due to the expediency of your services, the usual turn around time for you to give an answer, is in the range of 24 Hours after you receive all the Project and Financial Information.

In some Cases your services gave my Company a competitive edge, thanks to my ability to offer financial assistance and for that I'm very grateful.

I have absolutely no HESITATION when recommending your financial services to anybody considering financial assistance in form of leasing.

Please do not hesitate to contact me anytime I can be of service to your company.

Sincerely Yours

Erik Hansen

Confidence about Credibility

There are four crucial “Credibility Habits” –

  1) Showing up on time

  2) Doing what you say

  3) Finishing what you start

  4) Saying please and thank

       you

These simple habits may seem self-evident but the failure to observe them is probably the biggest cause of loss of credibility in our relationships with others.

Along the way in the poll, we all wanted to know more about ‘how to' streamline this work we call our businesses. Kerri Groves www.maxintegration.com knows EVERYTHING about CRM's.  One month ago, I did not know CRM means Client Relationship Management. I do now and so do you know who to go to for information on CRM's.

We have all heard of Maximizer, Act etc. well there is a huge product market out there. We look forward to hearing from other CRM industry professionals as well: Shawn Zanganeh www.simposys.com and custom built software developer Kathi Wolverton of www.synergycc.com give her a call and ask her to develop the right software for your business.

Telephony is a great technology to have – when a client calls your office, that client's (CRM) file pops up on your computer screen.  When I first heard of this – I thought I had gone to technology heaven.  There's a couple ideas here but first and foremost start with calling the team at Telephony Managed Solutions Inc. www.tmsi.ca they will give you a pretty good idea how it works.  I have not had a lot of other input for this; let me know what you know about this industry.  Remember – my database attached to this newsletter is over 100,000 – we want to know what you have, if you have it.

One of the best ideas for convenience, performance and price that I came across in 2004 was www.tagline.com

Michael Dunn really has it all at his fingertips; Tagline is a one-number office assistant number.  Included with all the voice recognition, autodial, fax capabilities, 1500 free long distance (even over your cell phone) etc. – when a voicemail is left, tagline leaves a message in your INBOX which you can then play through your computer speakers!

You can send out email ads like this one – by voice!

In the area of  mastermind Web application processing, Kent LaCroix at www.design4effect.com  helped to bring to us the web application CASH/ LOAN / LEASE CALCULATOR located on the www.baileycapitalfund.com website. While this great new finance ‘toy' will help you with your decision regarding “how to” acquire your business equipment (depreciating assets), it leaves out the layman's' terms, conditions and effects of different types of business contracts.

New equipment costs money, but it can make the difference of whether you are an efficient firm or going the way of the dinosaurs. If you need assistance via financing, you should contact Bailey Capital Fund. Find out how Bailey Capital Fund can help you.
