Telephony is a great technology to have – when a client calls your office, that client’s (CRM) file pops up on your computer screen.  When I first heard of this – I thought I had gone to technology heaven.  There’s a couple ideas here but first and foremost start with calling the team at Telephony Managed Solutions Inc. www.tmsi.ca they will give you a pretty good idea how it works.  I have not had a lot of other input for this; let me know what you know about this industry.  Remember – my database attached to this newsletter is over 100,000 – we want to know what you have, if you have it.

One of the best ideas for convenience, performance and price that I came across in 2004 was www.tagline.com  Michael Dunn really has it all at his fingertips; Tagline is a one-number office assistant number.  Included with all the voice recognition, autodial, fax capabilities, 1500 free long distance (even over your cell phone) etc. – when a voicemail is left, tagline leaves a message in your INBOX which you can then play through your computer speakers!  You can send out email ads like this one – by voice!
